Lagree MD was founded by Sarah J. Vitug, MD, a physician who discovered the powerful connection between intentional movement and long-term wellness. After experiencing the transformative effects of the Lagree method in her own life, Dr. Vitug set out to create more than just a fitness studio. She envisioned a space where science, strength, and community come together to elevate both body and mind.The name “MD” stands for Motion Defined, a commitment to redefining what it means to move with purpose. Lagree MD combines the precision of medical insight with the energy of group fitness, offering a luxury, results-driven environment where every member feels seen, supported, and inspired.
