The Rundown
To get the most out of your Lagree class, proper preparation is key. Stay hydrated, wear comfortable clothing, and bring a pair of grip socks/gloves for optimal performance.
Arrive Early
Please come 10–15 minutes before class to check in and get set up. This ensures you’re ready when the workout starts. Personal belongings must be stored in cubbies or neatly tucked away underneath machines.
Grip Socks Required
For hygiene and safety, our studio is shoe-free. Grip socks keep you secure on the Megaformers and help you get the best workout. Grip gloves are optional & recommended for Lagree Heat class. Forgot your gripwear? We got you - socks/gloves sold in store!
First Timers
First time? Welcome! Arrive early! We’ll walk you through the equipment, answer questions, and make sure you’re comfortable. All newcomers must also sign a waiver before class begins.
Stay Hydrated
A towel and water bottle are essential, you’ll sweat! We provide a refill station. Check out our custom Lagree MD water bottles, towels and other cool studio merch to stay fitted & equipped.
